Is there parking close to your salon?
There sure is! We are located in the Clarinda Village shopping complex so you will never be short of finding a park. Just keep in mind if your appointment is during the time of school drop-off/pick-up give yourself an extra 10 minutes spare as the car park may be crazy during this time!
Do I need to confirm my booking with a deposit?
We do require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit to make a booking. This will be deducted off the final price of your booking. You may pay the deposit over the phone, in salon, or via bank transfer.
How long will my colour booking be?
A typical colour service is around 3-4 hours. This allows for your consultation, colour application, toning & styling etc. Please note that colour corrections may require more time to perfect.
Should i wash my hair before i come?
Oily hair can often make it easier for us to foil so clean hair isn't always necessary! Just come as you are.

My hair is dark and i want to go blonde, is this possible? how long will it take?
Going from dark to light will largely depend on your colour history and the condition of your hair – and it will definitely take time! This type of change can often take a few appointments spaced over a number of months to ensure your hair stays as strong and healthy as possible during the process.
What professional products/brands do you stock?
We stock everything from shampoo to de-tangling hair brushes! Our favourite stocked brands are Matrix, Olaplex, Evo & Fanola.
Can i get a quote without coming into salon?
Firstly take a look at our 'services' page where you will find all of our services and pricing. Each client may vary depending on situation, hair type and length but this will give you a good range. Alternatively you can call or text us with a photo of you hair for a more personalised quote!
How far in advance do i need to book an appointment?
In order to secure your ideal appointment time, please be sure to book your appointment 4-6 weeks in advance. Dates can be changed up to 48 hours prior if needed. Otherwise there will be a cancellation fee added to your next appointment. For bookings on Saturdays and evenings you may need to book 2 appointments in advance to secure a spot. Especially during the Christmas period.
Do you accept eftpos in salon?
We sure do! We accept all major cards, cash and bank deposit. (We don't accept American Express)
